Long Clubs

Previous Slide Next Slide

Long clubs - Fairway Woods and Hybrids - follow the same principle as drivers, however, also require the need to have correct distance gapping between clubs. There is no value in having two clubs that go to same distance, with the same trajectory. Everyone is different. Some people prefer fairway woods, others like hybrids better.

Once we have determined how far your driver, and your longest iron goes, we can determine the spread of woods/hybrids that are suitable for your set make up.
Once again, this is a process of trying different clubs and shaft configurations, where possible, in order to determine your best set make up.
We find that most people need a fairway wood that they can use successfully off the fairway or off the tee when required, and at least one hybrid that fits distance wise, between that fairway wood and their longest iron.
