Jason Kokrak comes from behind to win the Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Kokrak pours in birdies in a row from the 13th hole to win in Houston by 2 shots over Scottie Scheffler and Kevin Tway.
It was a remarkable win for Kokrak who was 10 back from the lead after the second round and a triple bogey on his last hole on the Friday sent him down the leader board.
But the comeback was on and it started on the Saturday outward round with 4 birdies on the first nine. His inward nine was not as good but he got into the club house with a 4 under 66 and he still had a chance to win the tournament.
On Sunday he turned with a 1 under 34 but it was his four birdies in a row on the back nine with sealed the victory.
“I just think that back nine … if you hit a lot of fairways you can kind of get after it,” Kokrak said. "[And then I] made some nice putts."
“My game was not in top form and I definitely made the best of it, made a lot of birdies, made a lot of nice putts,” Kokrak said. “The putter was hot this week.
